Today we're introducing our latest feature, Company Onboarding. Whether you're managing 3 subcontractors or 30, Company Onboarding gives you one place to collect, review, and approve every pre-mobilization document before anyone sets foot on site. Send one invite link, get everything you need, and have every subcontractor compliant before they arrive. 

Company Onboarding complements our existing Orientations tool, which focuses on Day 1 site compliance, as well as our Permits and PTP tools that support day-to-day compliance throughout the project. 

We believe it's the most thorough pre-mobilization workflow available to US contractors today, and we're excited to show you how it works.

Why does pre-mobilization documentation keep falling through the cracks on US jobsites?

Scenario: A subcontractor arrives on site and their Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) was never sent or reviewed. Somewhere between the emails and follow-ups, the document slipped through the cracks. Now your team is scrambling, work is delayed, and the GC is exposed.
